Sarah Massie

I am a freelance leadership and organisational development consultant, coach and coach supervisor. I have a special interest in working with individuals to recognise their strengths and enable them to bloom and thrive both in work and life. I am known as an insightful coach, a skilled facilitator, and an energising trainer - in my work with individuals and groups I draw on positive psychology and appreciative inquiry, helping people learn from their strengths and successes, to do more of what they do well.

I have over twenty years experience as a coach and ten as a coach supervisor, I have recently certified to work with people identifying as neurodivergent; specifically, ADHD.

Experience

I have a clinical background working in the NHS and use this experience and values to underpin who I am today; my professional journey progressed through management to working at a strategic leadership level, leadership consultancy and coaching.

Latterly, my work has focused on people and organisational development as a coach for individuals and teams and a coach supervisor.

I bring both breadth and depth of understanding, and expertise in the challenges of working in complex environments enabling me to work with people at all stages of their career.

Education

I am an accredited coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the Association of Coaching Supervisors and a certified ADHD coach with ADHDworks. In addition, I am qualified in a range of psychometric testing tools.

Pamela Hibbins

Pamela is an accomplished and self-motivated business and project manager with over 16 years of experience in the non-profit sector and a strong sense of social responsibility. She brings a wealth of expertise in delivering impactful projects on time and within budget, while championing the mission of The Blooming People Partnership.

Known for her strategic oversight and hands-on operational skills, Pamela excels at managing budgets, coordinating complex briefings, and handling day-to-day operations with efficiency and care. A proactive and detail-oriented professional, she consistently drives results while fostering collaboration.
