Coaching Supervision
If your role involves helping others to be more effective, whether as a leader who coaches their team, a coach working within an organisation or a freelance coach then having a trained and experienced coaching supervisor is indispensable to the quality of your practice and your development.
A supervisor offers objectivity by sitting outside of your day-to-day coaching work with the intention of looking at the who, how and what of your coaching approach. The intention of supervision is to celebrate, notice and improve your coaching capability, challenge your limiting beliefs and assumptions and explore new ideas and perspectives.
Supervision is a safe and confidential space, and the work falls into three main areas:
Qualitative – ethical dilemmas and issues/practice standards etc.
Formative – maintain an approach of continuous learning, development and self-reflection, explore new ideas
Restorative – nourish you, help you to find insight to your own blind spots, things that reduce your effectiveness as a coach
We offer both one-to-one and group supervision, the team includes accredited supervisors with over ten years’ experience.
We also offer supervision for coaches who identify as neurodivergent.
