Our Team Coaching Offer
Team coaching empowers your team, reframing existing inter-dependencies between team members and line managers.
This enables the team to be more effective and efficient, and less dependent on others. Team coaching will help the wider team to focus on what's important and reduce the challenge of being pulled in many directions.

We offer a bespoke approach to Team Coaching, which will start with a conversation with Sarah or Chris, so that we understand your wants and expectations from the team coaching.
Your Team Coach will work with you over an agreed period and number of sessions, ensuring the team and organisations particular needs are met.
Our coaching is delivered in packages of 3, 6 or 9 sessions.
Leadership Development

Action Learning
We are experts in delivering action learning. Our experience in working with health care professionals, social care staff and educational professionals demonstrates that using this dynamic model of learning and development encourages participants to co-create safe spaces to explore and learn, whilst challenging existing boundaries and roles.
Action Learning is based on the premise that taking action (i.e. doing something) and learning (i.e. understanding more) are interdependent. It is not possible to act without opening up the potential to learn, and it is not possible to learn and understand if you do not act or try things out.
In other words: to learn and understand, we need to take action; to act effectively, we need to learn.
